Abstract
Project development of precise electric drive of the optomechanical spinner refers to the field of line-by-line scanning process study. It is essential to minimize errors in phase and angular velocity quickly and accurately to avoid information loss in rotation velocity changing. There are various ways to control the implementation complying the requirements. Using the phase plane method the analysis was conducted. The results have proved that the methods have a high operation speed and can be used in scanning system constructing.
