Abstract :
The effect of nanoparticles of titanium carbonitride on the structure and properties of heat-resistant nickel-based alloy was investigated. It is shown that in modifying transcrystallization zones are eliminated from cast metal, dendrites are dramatically reduced in size, morphology and topography of carbides and γ´-phase are improved, which causes the increase of heat resistance in metal and enhances structural stability and long-term strength of the alloy.
