Abstract :
A new type of induction systems for heating and electrical semiconductor processing liquids with ionic conductivity in electromagnetic fields is considered in this paper. The analysis derived thermo-chemical processes, a method of calculation and optimization of induction units through the creation of local areas with large gradients of the electric and magnetic fields.
