Abstract
The problem of modernization of cellular base stations employing some new equipment with various performance specifications and cost is considered. It is required to select the reconstructed stations where the total number of clients will be maximized. For solving this problem a hybrid scheme on the basis of ant colony algorithm and immune algorithm is proposed and its experimental test is conducted.
