  • Abstract
    In the article the task of stable high frequency and high shock-resistance generator design is discussed, critical and contradictory parameters from design point of view are mentioned. Description of Colpitts high frequency surface acoustic wave (SAW) oscillator model is given whose parameters are optimized for devices working in high shock conditions. Using proposed design method practical realization of high stable generator is provided. The estimation of mechanical stress in the proposed construction and in the plate of piezoelectric made of niobate lithium is done.
