Abstract :
Electrical Magnetic Interference (EMI) regulations must be addressed in system products. Testing for EMI in the lab after the system is in production could be too late. This paper presents a viable solution for EMI prediction and improving future systems, using simulation tools. Presented results were accomplished by using a variety of simulation tools; field extraction solvers and time simulation software. The simulation results and conclusion regarding EMI improvement are to be implemented in the system that will be manufactured and tested in the lab. All simulations were performed using ANSYS commercial software in the frequency and time domain.
