  • Abstract
    With core networks going up to 100Gb/s, multiple-layer network protection becomes increasingly important. Optimizing ITU-T G.808.3 Shared Mesh Protection at the transport layer with best effort SRLG GMPLS protection at L2/L3 and survivability are studied.
