Abstract :
We demonstrate a high-speed dual-drive silicon traveling-wave modulator with slowwave, periodically phase-matched transmission-line electrodes and discuss the design aspects of such an approach. Our design also ensures true single-RF-mode operation independent of signaling schemes.
