Abstract :
Photonically-Sampled analog-to-digital conversion utilizing a spatial oversampling technique is described and experimentally demonstrated. Spatial oversampling´s ability to boost the ADC´s resolution is verified. Digitization of a 13GHz signal with 6.3 ENOB is demonstrated.
