Abstract :
In this paper, we concentrate on the problem of performance evaluation method for listed company, which is of great importance for modern company management. The main innovations of this paper lie in that we introduce the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in solving the problem of listed company performance evaluation. The Analytic Hierarchy Process denotes to a decision procedure which can be used to rank order a set of alternatives through multiple criteria. In the proposed performance evaluation algorithm, triangular fuzzy numbers is defined in advance, and then the membership functions are illustrated as well. For the sake of the problem of listed company performance evaluation can be converted to the multi-criteria decision-making problem. Hence, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is used and two triangular fuzzy numbers are defined. Afterwards, a fuzzy pair wised comparison matrix is proposed via several affect factors. Finally, based on the above design, the listed company performance evaluation results can be obtained by solving an optimization problem. To testify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, a case study is given by collecting financial data from ten listed companies, and very positive results are obtained.
