Abstract :
We present monolithically integrated InP-based optoelectronic circuits, using our cost-efficient, multi-guide vertical integration platform, for the following applications: 100G Ethernet transmitters (100GBASE-PSM4 and 100GBASE-LR4), Ethernet receivers (100GBASE-PSM4, 100GBASE-LR4, and 40GBASE-LR4), and 112 Gbps DP-QPSK coherent receivers.
