Abstract :
Today, to deal with the rapidly evolving needs of the market and its increased competitiveness, more and more companies operating in the field of construction use the risk management approach to improve their project´s control. This approach is generally based on a continuous and iterative process that aims to identify and analyze risks, to assess and prioritize them, in order to monitor and control them. In this context, the identification phase is considered the most critical because it does condemn the rest of the risk management process. In this paper, we propose a study that will customize some existing methods of risk identification in order to detect the risks related to a construction Project. Then, we will study the dependencies between risks in order to define the impact of the occurrence of a risk on other risks characteristics.
