Abstract
Mission planning is one of the key problems of ship-to-ship missile with jamming load operational application. In addition to the usual problems, the problem how to exert the operational effectiveness of jamming load must be focused on in the research. For this reason, the rounded mission planning system is constructed. Based the system, various restricted conditions are considered in this paper, including the capability, oil cost, air threat, and jamming load operational effectiveness. Under the condition of reasonable assumed tactics, an optimal route, which is from the original point to the target point, is planned for the ship-to-ship missile with jamming load, with voronoi diagram, Dijkstra algorithm, and genetic algorithm. The method and the result provide an efficacious guarantee for the ship-to-ship missile to complete the mission of attacking the hostile ship.
