  • Abstract
The electromagnetic environment monitoring satellite (EEMS) is a kind of Earth observing satellite. By evaluating the efficiency of the EEMS, we can availability mastery the capability of monitoring both the ground stationary and mobile radiant point, to support the satellite task scheduling and to improve the efficiency. By carrying on aborative demarcation to the type of signal, and introducing two new concepts of Signal Appear Probability Function (SAPF) and Satellite Coverage Rate Function (SCRF), the article built up evaluating model of satellite-supervision ability and signal-capture times. By simulation experiment, the article verifies the validity to the model.
