Abstract :
Fast optical tracking and demultiplexing of DPSK/DQPSK/QAM polarization channels was hitherto limited to a fairly fixed optical input power. With APD photoreceivers used for residual interference detection, we demonstrate a 7...9-dB optical level tolerance.
