Abstract :
Specific to reliability and security issues in mobile ad hoc network, a trust evaluation model based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is proposed. Direct trust is calculated with historical interaction information and indirect trust is obtained from neighbor nodes´ commendation evidences. The direct trust and indirect trust are combined according to Dempster rule after being amended with weight so as to obtain nodes´ comprehensive trust finally. On this basis, optimize the MPR (Multi-Point Relay) technology in Optimized Link State Routing Protocol, an improved routing protocol TOLSR is proposed to reduce the routing overhead. Simulation results show the model can accurately discover and suppress of selfish nodes, thus can effectively improve the reliability of ad hoc network, which also proves the validity and rationality of the trust evaluation model.
