Abstract :
In the twenty first century education plays a very important role to develop a nation. There are many barriers and enhance factors that effect on the adoption and use of ICT for teachers. The aim of this paper is the comparison of barriers and enhance factors on the adoption and use of ICT into teaching and learning. This aim is achieved by identifying the factors that affect teachers´ barriers and enhance into teaching and learning. The main results of this study were concluded by comparing the barriers and enhancing factors for teachers from the existing literature and it clearly shows that barriers factors are more than enhance factors. Furthermore, there are no correlation between barriers and enhance factors. The findings would help to know for school teachers barriers and enhance factors of the adoption and use of ICT.
