Abstract :
Before planning to launch the website it is critical for the businesses to test their web-based applications thoroughly. Usually functionality testing is operated in multiple platforms, cross-browser compatibility and performance evaluation is also necessary for quality assurance. Compared with traditional in-house testing, cloud-based testing offers a combination of lower costs, on-demand flexibility and enhanced collaboration. Most importantly, it speeds up test cycles and reduces time-to-market for key business. This paper discusses the benefits of testing based on cloud computing. And feasibility analysis is addressed for web applications to migrate software testing to the cloud.
