  • Abstract
    Selfconsistent problem acceleration ions flow with present electron flow and cloud of electrons with zero average velocity are studied. One used kinetical description of electron flow in case, when distribution of electrons depends not only on integrals of motions. Cold ions can by accelerated to energy, exceed temperature of electrons.
