  • Abstract
    In the power system, a variety of techniques can be used to collect data, and it is hard for people to choose the best one. To solve this problem, we use a method to select and evaluate those communication techniques in the paper. We build a model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and basic theory of the triangular fuzzy number (TFN). With the evaluation system, we establish triangular fuzzy judgment matrix and use the traditional AHP method to calculate the weight of the evaluation factors. Finally, we prove that Power Line Carrier is the best one of those communication techniques. The model can effectively integrate group opinions to get the final selection. The case of the power system can be used to prove that the model is suitable for promotion.
