Abstract :
This paper deals with performance evaluation of NXT ultrasonic sensor and Parallax Ping sensor for distance measurement. We propose an efficient method based on piecewise linear regression to improve the NXT ultrasonic sensor accuracy of distance measurement. Finally, some experimental results are carried out to reveal the performance of the proposed method.
