  • Abstract
In this paper we modified TLS protocol in order to achieve a secure cipher with One-Time-Pad and ElGamal elliptic curves. We pursued the following objectives: we analyze the TLS handshake message, we introduce the OTP and ElGamal according to the shared message in the client-server handshake. The TLS improvements are minimal, we concern in change ciphers steps by avoiding the RSA computations, the advantages are in the experimental results.
