Abstract :
There has been a massive explosion in the use of the internet and specifically the world wide web (or web) over the last few years. This paper discusses IoT interoperability to deal with the use of distant ELabs of different universities. This paper puts light on a part of the tempus project that aimed at collaborating distant ELabs of different Maghrebian and European universities. The emphasis will be on how this was approached from a software engineering point of view. The differing descriptions, here, are concerned with ELabs educational services between the two involved Algerian universities in the project, namely the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj and the University of Constantine.
