Abstract
Sliding mode control strategy for knowledge workers system in modern enterprises is presented in this paper. The general dynamic system on technical knowledge workers, managerial knowledge workers, marketing knowledge workers, and others in modern enterprises is studied. The robust stability of the knowledge workers system is given by the linear matrix inequality under no recruitment. The sliding mode control strategy is introduced by the switching function and the exponential reaching law. The knowledge workers system in modern enterprises is analyzed by sliding mode control strategy, and has a good dynamic performance. Finally, a simulation example on optimization decision-making of knowledge workers system in a city illustrates the feasibility of the proposed approach.
