  • Abstract
    This paper proposes an Integer Wavelet based steganography technique to protect patient information inside patient biomedical signal. In this method, patient ECG acts as the host signal to carry the information. The data is embedded into wavelet coefficients of the ECG. The effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated using the distortion measure, namely, Pecentage Residual Difference (PRD). Distortion measured is found to be less than 1%. The embedded data can be completely extracted at the receiver side.
