  • Abstract
    Shape set control system is a very important part of the automatic shape control system, and it determines the accuracy of strip head profile and flatness. The structure and function of PC shape set control system are described about 1810CSP in this paper, where parameters of submodel and shape control system have been optimazed. Feedback of the strip profile and flatness is introduced in model self-learning for different standers, which can improve effectively the accuracy of shape set model. Production data show that shape quality has been improved greatly and the system has a good prospect of application.
