Abstract
Based on the differential measurement principle, the design and realization implementation of the non-contact high precision laser online thickness gauge is proposed in this article. Firstly the system adopts TMS320F2812 as its main control chip, realizes the platform for data acquisition and processing as well as measurement equipment control. Secondly lower pass filter groups are designed to overcome the noise disturbance during the thickness measuring process. Finally based on Windows CE operating system, a friendly human-computer interaction platform is developed. Practical application shows that the system has high precision measurement, stable and reliable performance which satisfies the factory´s actual demand.
