  • Abstract
    Aiming at the practical problems of lacking testability knowledge and difficult in knowledge acquisition, it puts forward a knowledge acquisition method based on functional model. It analyzes fault mechanics from using test signal flow, builds models in fault space, guides testability design by FTA and FMEA, acquires fault symptom information by functional simulation, acquires testability knowledge by comprehensive analysis the results at last. The reliability of knowledge acquired by this method is very high, which has important meaning in improving the testability design level for products.
