  • Abstract
The paper deals with the detection of ground moving targets with a dual antenna synthetic aperture radar (SAR). A closed form expression of the detection performance is derived in the presence of internal clutter motion (ICM), as a function of the baseline length. On this basis the optimum baseline selection is addressed for the detection of with ICM of different intensities
