Abstract :
For the digital thermocouple-temperature-detection system, a new detection method based on data fusion and numerical analysis has been put forward. The data fusion technique was according to much information redundancy with multiple points measuring, and used a new type weighted average method, which gathered amount of information of the target at the utmost. .Meanwhile, by using the interpolation and data fitting method, best solution and optimal estimate of user terminal was achieved. This method combined the latest microprocessor technique, carried out correcting automatically, expanding the quantity distance scope. The test results show that the proposed method raised the accuracy of the gauge, also in general can be used in other intelligent detection system.
