  • Abstract
    Balise has been immigrated and widely used for passenger dedicated lines and high speed lines in China. This paper gave a deep insight into the principle of on-board BTM as it passes the wayside balise at high speed and proposed a real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) system for testing and evaluating the major performance of BTM. The real-time HILS system architecture, the up-link simulator design, the hardware realization were explained in brief. Test cases were also designed and verified finally.
