Abstract
A data acquisition system was designed for SINS. The system was composed by adjustment circuit, A/D convertor and DSP processor. The analog signal can be adjusted by adjustment circuit to plusmn 10 V which was the A/D convertor´s full scale. The A/D convertor has 8 channels in 16-bits which can be used for sampling analog signal. The A/D convertor was serial output and the time of sampling 8 channels of analog signal is less than 10 mus. The DSP has A/D convertor in 12-bits which was used to sample temperature. The DSP can compensate the previous A/D conversion result in A/D conversion time and send the result from serial interface or parallel interface. By isolating the digital and analog signal and utilizing the filter for power supply, the sampling error of this system is lower than 1LSB.
