Abstract :
M element adaptive antenna arrays with L outputs, intended for separation of signals (signals and interference), arriving from a priori unknown directions is considered. For calculation of weight coefficients of such arrays, the algorithms realizing a criterion of a maximum of output signal/(interference+noise) ratio (SINR) on the basis of estimation results of arrival directions of appropriate signals, are suggested. The estimation procedures of signal arrival directions are obtained as the solutions of the minimization problem with restrictions as bilateral inequalities. At rather large values of input signal/noise ratios the suggested approach provides a maximization of SINR at each array output
