Abstract
This paper introduces how to realize UART between acquisition and processing module based on DSP and data collection terminal module based on ARM. Then it takes the TMS320VC5402 DSP and S3C44B0X ARM for example, and designs hardware interface and procedures, the paper shows how to realize synchronization of asynchronous transfer for DSP and the communication between the two chips. After certification of the design the system, it can meet the real-time detection, also it can conveniently realize the communication between the system and PC to storage data, so it is with a good prospect.
