Abstract :
An efficient biasing technique, suitable for any kind of the four basic amplifiers, is introduced. First, from a given transfer function, the small-signal circuit is designed at or level. Second, the or-circuit is biased considering a set of rules based on the or properties. Finally, an efficient bias scheme is obtained after the uniqueness of the DC operating point is established.
