Abstract
A study is described which identified factors proposed in the literature as good measures of imaging system success and as important determinants of system success. Data on 63 imaging system applications from 48 organizations were used to test a series of propositions regarding the determinants of imaging system success. It was found that characteristics of the business applications, user training, user control over system development changes, and characteristics of the system itself are strongly related to imaging system success
