Abstract :
Based on the regional wind power characteristics, urban construction, size of the charge and switch stations, and other elements, constructed a high applicability wind power added to the grid and electric bus charge and switch system model, and established a model which shows the influence of charging station controlling to grid load. The numerical example shows that the model can well simulate the output of wind power in the simulation of a certain area and reflect a certain area electric bus operational performance of the charge station, as well as the different impacts of wind power added to the grid under the free-charge mode and using the genetic algorithm to optimize the charging mode of the charging station, conducive wind power added to the grid and make a correct assessment for the construction of the electric system for the electric bus on a different scale area, and to make a decision for charge station charging in network to optimize the scheduling.
