Abstract :
This paper presents the throughput and delay analysis of a packet-switched CDMA (code division multiple access) network based on the hybrid direct sequence (DS)/slow frequency hopping (SFH) spread-spectrum multiple access (SS MA) technique with B-PSK modulation, using measured delay profiles in a pico cellular channel. The performance results of the hybrid DS/SFH multiple access technique obtained using the measured delay profile have been compared with the results computed by the analytical model
