  • Abstract
    In order to improve the vehicle´s active safety, reduce traffic accidents, vehicle monitoring systems for existing and weaknesses of the curve. Study based on GPS and OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) a combination of fault information, traffic information and location information of the real-time monitoring system. And to study a reasonable means of communication, and software development models, analysis of the most reasonable way to achieve real-time and accurate monitoring.
