  • Abstract
    A hierarchical structure model, useful to evaluate the embattle project of netted radar, is presented. The model is based on oppositional effectiveness consisted of early warning detection capability and “four Countering” abilities. Evaluation index system is analyzed and calculated. To calculate indexes weights, cloudy model-AHP is employed. In this way, the fuzziness and uncertainty of evaluation result are well expressed. To show the feasibility of the proposed quantificational evaluation method, two examples are evaluated. Results are reasonable and provide references to antiaircraft decision-making.
