Abstract :
Based on the wave theory, the amplitude transformer was designed in the acoustic system of ultrasonic vibration. The Pro/ENGINEER software was used to build modeling of initial design parameters, and the numerical simulation and optimization were conducted of the system to determine the node position and vibration performance by the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The amplitude transformer was designed successfully whose resonance frequency was 35 kHz. And the new method was provided for the reliable design of the ultrasonic vibration system.
