The paper demonstrates the characteristics of Remote Virtual laboratory and he Construction and development of Remote Virtual Laboratory Based on Virtools. Take “OA” virtual laboratory for instance and discuss the key technologies of the construction and development of it, putting forward 3Ds Max and Virtools implementation and concrete steps.
