  • Abstract
    To nonlinear microwave circuit at large signal, linear network parameter is unable to describe and design them accurately. From the definition of linear network parameter, description of the nonlinear network function is proposed, among them the emphasis is the nonlinear scattering function. Implications of every nonlinear network function and relations between them are derived. Through the research on measurement system and extraction method of nonlinear scattering function, correct result can be got. This theory can be used as a new tool to character nonlinear microwave circuit.
