  • Abstract
    We proposed a stepping motor actively using MR magnetic field and two piezo-brakes. Rotation generated by regulating oscillated pulse current through coil installed inside MR magnetic field. Stepwise rotation achieved by oscillate coil unit and limit rotation in certain angle mechanically. Controlling piezo-brakes enables stepwise motion of the rotor in both direction, also enables lock condition and free condition. Piezo-brake mechanism and MR-compatible motor control was introduced.
