Abstract
A novel microstrip square patch filter is proposed in this paper. The perturbation source is constructed by cutting square-hole on the patch. By analyzing the relationship between the resonant frequency and perturbation size, further put forward a novel broadband filter. For the experimental test results show that these two novel filters both have good transmission characteristics.
