Abstract :
Software on Demand is the new way of flexible provide of software. Especially small and medium sized companies can benefit of this business model. A major problem of using this solution is that experience with users\´ specific needs and common needs of the target groups cannot be clearly defined. For this reason it is essential to find a way to "learn from the user". In this paper, I present the current project and a way how user experience can be integrated to improve the system.
