Abstract :
Two-amplitude control technique greatly reduces the dc-link losses on actively clamped resonant DC-link inverter (ACRDCLI) and improves its operation frequency, so that it can be applied to high power region. A 6 kW three-phase two-amplitude ACRDCLI is achieved with a decoupled design. An SVM based two-hysteresis current controller is proposed to this system. It decreases the commutation frequency. And the DC-link power losses are further reduced. CPLD technique is applied to achieve high-frequency logic design, which improves the output performance of the system. Experimental results verified that the proposed scheme has the advantage of simplicity and feasibility. It can be applied to pure sinusoidal output voltage source inverter.
