  • Abstract
    The design considerations of a 2 kW DC-to-DC converter are described in this paper. This converter is a part of inverter equipment that transforms the 48 VDC of a battery to a 230 VAC/50 Hz sinusoidal voltage. The whole inverter could be used as a part of an UPS system or as AC-generator equipment in a DC-powered system, for example, a fuel-cell power supply.
