Abstract :
Software architecture is an important field of study in software engineering, which is becoming an important means for building complex software system, improving software quality and software reuse. Aim to the current problems that C2 style architecture testing on software architecture are lack of the formal definition of testing coverage criteria and effective testing method. This paper presents a software architecture testing method based on C2 style architecture. Firstly, the software architecture is represented using C2 style architecture, then we use architecture component interaction graph (CIG) to describe interface connection relation, then we define three criteria and introduce algorithms to generate testing coverage set for CIG. Finally, we use the Elevator system as a typical architecture model to evaluate the efficiency of the testing technique.
