Abstract :
Along with the CCD performance and the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process,CCD technology has been widely used in the army and civilian areas.Especially the measurement, collection imagement and so on,it have an inestimable role.CCD drive circuit and drive signal has important effect with the system stability,so they became the most basic and the most critical problem for the application with CCD.In this paper,we make an example for the TOSHIBA company linear CCD components TCD1501C. Through the study of the CCD working characteristic and the sequential circuits waveform figure, design the drive timing and the hardware circuit based on the ARM,and make the CCD comply with the application requirements. The results for this design is satisfactory and we can obtain an stable output video signal for it.It would be meet the laser thickness gauge requirements, and will be as a laser thickness gauge signal acquisition front are applied in the actual demand.
